We'll explore your child's strengths and challenges together, work directly with them to build confidence and introduce supportive strategies, then equip you with practical tools tailored to your family.
Ages: 16 - 25
This package focuses on empowering your young adult. We'll work directly with them to explore their strengths and challenges, build confidence and develop practical coping strategies, while including parent consultations to help you support their journey.
