The Adult Navigation Pathway blends clinical expertise with lived experience, giving you both clarity and compassion.

Ages 16 - 25 years

This pathway supports parents whose young adult may be:

  • experiencing burnout, shutdowns, or masking fatigue

  • having difficulty with independence, motivation or life admin

  • exploring ADHD or autism or both for the first time

  • needing guidance through college, work, or transitions into adulthood
