The ADHD Creative Hub CIC is a community interest company that makes neurodivergent support accessible for adults and parents.
Our
Mission
To remove the financial and practical barriers that stop adults and parents from accessing high-quality neurodivergent support.

We believe support should be:
-
Easy to access
-
Clinically informed
-
Lived-experience led
-
Affordable or fully funded
-
Not based on diagnosis status

Everyone deserves a pathway that meets them where they are, not one that makes them jump through hoops to qualify for help.
Our Collaboration With
The Mensah Wellbeing Group
Through our partnership with The Mensah Wellbeing Group, we cover or subsidise the cost of support services for adults and parents.

This ensures everyone can access the crucial guidance and direction they need to take their next step, regardless of diagnosis or ability to pay.
Why We Exist
As a high-masking, full time working adult with AuDHD, I could never access the help I desperately needed.
Even after my diagnosis, the support I required simply wasn’t available. Services were limited, expensive, or didn’t address the real-life challenges I faced. I couldn’t advocate for myself and I couldn’t afford private support. Everything that was available felt confusing, unclear, or impossible to access.

This is the reality for too many adults and for parents trying to support their child. People get stuck on long waiting lists, unsure where to start, or unable to access support that truly reflects their lived experience. Others finally receive a diagnosis, only to discover that post diagnostic help is limited or non-existent.

Everyone deserves support when they need it, without long waitlists or financial barriers.

I built this CIC to ensure no one’s quality of life is limited by confusing pathways, long waitlists, or support they cannot afford.
