Intro Workshop - Understanding Your Neurodivergence

​Perfect for adults who are new to exploring ADHD, Autism or AuDHD or looking for clarity and true understanding.​

Price: £30 per session or £200 upfront.
Format: Weekly evening sessions, interactive and hands on

    • Weekly session summaries
